  5.   Hello again in this part of Hotline,
  6. made  by  Ben!  Since the latest issue
  7. I've  seen  many  statistics  in other
  8. mags.   Yes,  I should say, statistics
  9. become  very  popular.   I  think  the
  10. first  mag,  with that kind of content
  11. was  RAW about half year ago.  After a
  12. while   we   decided  to  make  SH  in
  13. English, we started to think about new
  14. ideas to improve our mag.  I found out
  15. Hotline  and  as a part of it, Today's
  16. Questions,  BUT  it wasn't the copy of
  17. RAW's  questions.   I  wanted  to make
  18. statistics  simply with YES-NO sistem,
  19. like  in Most Wanted.  Today there are
  20. many  kind  of statistics in many mags
  21. and  there are many kind of questions.
  22. And  this  is the key-word:  questions
  23. must  be interesting and not too many,
  24. because than it becames boring.  Well,
  25. I think we try our best!

  41.   That  means that most of you prefere
  42. use and see the international lenguage
  43. (English)  in  the  releases.  I think
  44. it's   logic,   because  nearly  every
  45. amiga-owner   can   speak  a  kind  of
  46. English.

  48.   About packs I wasn't very surprised.
  49. Nearly  everybody voted for packs, but
  50. in   fact  most  of  the  voters  were
  51. swappers, so pack-makers and recivers.

  66. If  you don't want anybody to read the
  67. text, then it's OK.

  72. Do you know the Demo "Lassies Venner"?
  73. it  is  a high-quality gag production.
  74. It   was  released  at  the  Prologic/
  75. Static  Bytes  conference  in Denmark,
  76. and   when  it  was  shown,  everybody
  77. laughed till death.  It was great, the
  78. gags   must   have   been   fantastic.
  79. Everybody  laughed,  expect  five poor
  80. germans (Panther, Cthulhu, Vindicator,
  81. Zaphod    and   Chaos),   who   didn't
  82. understand  anything beacause the demo
  83. was 100% danish.

  86. use,  but  you  must  know  that  your
  87. production will stay pretty unknown if
  88. you write all text in japanese.

  94. swappers are important for the scene.

  101. Yes,   but   only  if  it's  fast  and
  102. comfortable!   Just  look  at  Virtual
  103. World  by  TomSoft  -  they used a own
  104. language to controll the vector stuff.

  108. Yes, but there are to much of them!  A
  109. central  collection  point for all the
  110. oneparter's,  intros and single prods.
  111. would  be a great thing.  I think 5-10
  112. packs are really enough for our scene!

  126. It  is  okay,  if  you  use  your  own
  127. lenguage  for  a short message or like
  128. this,  but  it's  surely  lame, if the
  129. hole demo is in foraign lenguage.

  134. upload to my board, Wasted Time.
